Survey

The Social Work Department at Utah State University, is working on a study to understand the self-reported perceptions of socialization during COVID-19 for rural older adults ages 55 and older.

 

To participate in the survey, you must be at least 55 years of age or older and reside in a rural county in Utah.  The survey will take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete and participation is completely voluntary. The study will not collect URL or other identifiable information other than demographic information. Thank you for your participation. The USU IRB Protocol number is: 11609. Affiliated senior centers in the six county region are not open for congregate (at the center) meals at this time. Please reach out to the closest senior center to get information about drive-through meals.
